Cellspahtx offers free standard ground shipping on all orders over $75 within the United States. Orders under $75 ship for a flat rate of $5.99.
Orders are processed within 24 hours of placement on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
We currently ship to all 50 US states. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories may require additional delivery time.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Most orders ship via UPS, FedEx, or USPS.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at info@cellspahtx.com. Take photos of the damaged packaging and product. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost.
